Description of Dissemination Event:

Education committee of the Parliament of Lithuania and Ambassy of France in Lithuania organized a transnational meeting - discussion on vocational training system and career guidance in Lithuania and France. Irena Navickiene was invited to present the project " School and work" results and to share experience on in- service teacher training, cmpetence building at the Lithuanian university of educational sciences. His excellency ambassador of France Philippe Jeantaud and general inspector for education Jean-Pierre Bellier, vicepresident of the Confederation of industrialists Gintaras Vilda highly appreciated " School and work" project activities.Participants of the discussion shared experience on vocational training system improvement and prevention of early school leaving.
