Work in Progress

This section allows a constant communication and sharing of information among the project partners as far as the activities for the different intellectual outputs are concerned.

Each project partner upload this section of a three months basis.

Objectives of activities carried out:
The project monitoring and evaluation activities will be carried out throughout the project period and will involve all the project partners. The monitoring and evaluation strategy has been jointly adopted by the steering committee during the kick off meeting.
Project partners will produce two yearly evaluation reports, one at progress and one at final stage
The aim of the quality and monitoring plan is to measure and ensure the quality of all the activities and items of the project: the planning, the management (operational and financial), the partnership, the activities, the results.

Each partner will provide:

- 1 progress and 1 final evaluation questionnaire filled in
- 1 progress and 1 final national evaluation report
Description of activities carried out:
Questionnaires for all outputs were submitted to the portal users and collected. The evaluation reports were submitted to the coordinator.
Outcomes:
Nine O1 evaluation questionnaires completed. The report was submitted to the coordinator.
The users are overall satisfied with the project and deem it relevant. However, the lack of material in French make most of it impossible to use with students.
The next evaluations were even more positive than for O1.
Evaluation of the work undertaken:
Evaluation reports werea bit late but were eventually submitted. The users are overall satisfied with the project and deem it relevant. However, the lack of material in French make most of it impossible to use with students.
The following evaluations were even more positive than for O1. O3 was partiocularly well-liked. The English language remains a problem.
