1 - Toolkit “Identification of Student Potentials”
Objectives of activities carried out:
The first intellectual output created by the project partners is the “Identification of Student Potentials” Tool kit that will be designed, implemented and made available to be used by school counsellors and teachers to identify and highlight the interests, aptitudes, inclinations and potentials of the students in order to develop personalised guidance service to motivate them to stay at school and proceed their educational pathway towards the career and life style that might suit them the best in the future.
Description of activities carried out:
CIPAT in cooperation with Pixel created the following forms:
1.A – School Participation Form
1.B – School Participation Letter
1.C – Role of the school
1.D – Form for collecting aptitudes tests
1.E – Form for collecting skills tests
1.F – Interactive wizard template
1.G – Form to collect exploitation links
1.H – Testimonial and Evaluation Questionnaires for end users
1.I – Guidelines for the evaluation report on testing activity
1.L – Comment form
The forms have been presented during the kick off meeting and the partners are using them.

CIPAT disseminated the School&Work project during many national activities and transnational meeting . CIPAT spread information about School&Work project through the Internet ( www.cipa.it ) and, in particular, on the Facebook page of the project.
Outcomes:
31 March 2015:
- Intellectual Ouput 1 "Identification of student potentials", allocated on portal n. 5 aptitude tests, n. 5 skills tests, n. 2 interactive wizard template.
30 June 2015
Intellectual Ouput 1 "Identification of student potentials":
-Colletion of 10 users' evaluation questionnaires
-Writing evaluation report
-Collection of 10 testimonials and 10 comments on the intellectual outpout
Evaluation of the work undertaken:
All the expected results of the first intellectual output have been reached.
Evaluation through the questionnaires was very good
