Objectives of activities carried out:
During the kick off meeting, partners agreed on a common dissemination strategy aiming to ensure an effective and constant promotion of the project. This objective will be reached through:
- Making the School&Work Portal accessible to the largest possible number of scientific school teachersin secondary schools (students aged 14 to 19), school counsellors, students, in particular those aged 14 to 17 when the risk of dropping out from school is higher
- Sharing the School&Work Portal and the results of the School&Work project with the highest number of operators in the field of education
- Sharing the School&Work Portal and the results of the School&Work project with the highest number of citizens
- Spreading the School&Work activities and results on the most popular Social Network (Facebook and Twitter)

Description of activities carried out:
From the beginning of the project Inforef informed teachers, counsellors and other education actors about the existence of this project and its objectives and activities:

- Relevant actors have been contacted by emails or personally. Some of them in turn contacted colleagues and relevant organisations about the project (among other the network of schools in the Province of Liège, which includes around 70 schools).
- Seven informative emails (11/2/15, 26/2/2015, 23/4/2015, 1/7/2015, 1/9/2015, two on 5/2/2016) sent to a large numbers of people to inform them about the project, update them on completed activities and invite them to working group meetings.
- Six national workshops organised at Inforef: on the 19th of November 2014, on the 28th of January 2015, the 4th of March, on the 29th of April 2015, on the 23rd of September 2015, on the 3rd of February 2016.
- Brochures were handed during the meeting of the boards of directors of "Association Liège Demain", organised at Inforef.
- Inforef presented the project to international partners during twelve transnational meetings: the 19th of December 2014 (V.I.S.I.ON kick-off meeting in Sofia), the 16th of January 2015 (Sonet-Bull kick-off meeting in Patras), the 8th of May 2015 ("Migration, Integration and Co-development" seminar in Caltanissetta), the 28th of May 2015 (SONET-Bull second partners' meeting in Liège), the 2nd of July 2015 (V.I.S.I.ON second partners' meeting in Cardiff), the 3rd and 4th of October 2015 ("Migration, Integration and Co-development" seminar in Caltanissetta), the 10th of November 2015 (V.I.S.I.ON third partners' meeting in Palermo), two on the 19th-20th of November 2015 (SoneBull third partners' meeting in Dublin and SimuCarePro kick-off meeting in Liège), the 14th-15th of January 2016 (Vocational Guidance in CLIL kick-off meeting in Liège), the 15th-16th of January 2016 (V.I.S.I.ON fourth partners' meeting in Hereford, UK) and the 9th and 10th of May 2016 (Sonet-Bull fifth meetying in Rome).
- Inforef published information in the "projects" section of its website, in French and in English, with a description of the project, the logo and links to the portal, the Facebook profile and the Twitter profile. Regular updates are posted in the "News" section (in French).
- Inforef tweets regular updates about the project.
- Inforef post regular information about the project on its Facebook page. Inforef also contributes to the Facebook page of the project.
- A description of the project with a link to the portal was added to Inforef's list of projects on its LinkedIn profile. regular information is posted there.
- Information about the project is posted on the website of AEDE-EL (European Association of Teachers)
- Information about the project is posted on the website of "Association Liège Demain"
- Collège Sainte-Véronique advertised the project on its website and published an article about their students' participation in their e-magazine (July 2016 issue).
- Fondation pour l'enseignement published a news about the project, with a link to the portal and a positive testimonial from the association's manager. They also included it in their newsletter (April 2016).
- Inforef distributed brochures and presented the portal during the education and career guidance faire "Salon du SIEP" (12th-14th March 2015)
- Brochures were distributed to the 72 participants of the International Conference "Competences and Best Practices" to fight school bullying", organised within the framework of the SONET-Bul project (27th of May 2015, in Liège)
- Inforef invited members of Henallux (Haute École Namur-Liège-Luxembourg) to describe them the project activities. They will provide support, among other for the interviews and have been involved as associated partner.
- The June issue of the three-monthly report of AEDE-EL, sent to 136 teachers and available online, contained a presentation of the project.
- Higher vocational school Henallux, associated partner in this project, published a presentation of "School&Work"on its website.
- Participation in March 2016 in "Salon du SIEP", an education and guidance fair with a large attendance of students, parents and teachers. SIEP Liège is an associated partner in "School&Work" and contributed to some activities.
- In April 2016, "Fondation pour l'Enseignement" disseminated about the project through its website and newsletter.
- In April 2016, Inforef received two members of "Cité des Métiers de Liège" to discuss further collaboration and organise the final event.
- On the 1st of June 2016, Inforef, in cooperation with "Cité des Métiers" and "Fondation pour l'enseignement", organised the final conference in Liège. The conference was advertised on the websites and social networks of the three organisers. Invitation were sent to over 2000 people by "Liège Demain" and SIEP (number invited by the other organisers is unknown). 80 people registered and 51 attended. The 80 people who registered received two follow-up emails (2nd of June and 1st of July 2016).

Outcomes:
A total of 54 dissemination events are recorded. Several thousands of people in Belgium and in Europe have been informed about the project and its objectives. This resulted in the involvement of seven associated partners and five schools. Among the people reached are representatives of the Ministry of education and people involved in career guidance, vocational training and entrepreneurship.

Evaluation of the work undertaken:
The dissemination activities are very satisfying as they reached a large number of people, some of them particularly relevant to the project activities. Some schools and organisations took a very active part in the project activities.
