Objectives of activities carried out:
The project partners will be committed to carry out activities in order to promote the project sustainability. A sustainability plan will be adopted among the consortium aiming to:
• Promote the Portal through the exchange links with Portals addressing similar issues (e.g. Portals providing educational materials for teachers; portals containing job offers etc.)
• Promote the among public authorities and key policy makers in order to gain institutional consensus and promoting the insertion of project results in policies for Education.
• Involve new members as associated partners

Description of activities carried out:
- Links to the portal have been posted on Inforef's website and on its social networks (Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn). Further links to the Intellectual Output will be posted when these have been achieved.

- Links have been posted on six external websites:
• AEDE-EL: the Belgian section of the European Association of Teachers. The “project” section contains a description, a link to the portal and the Belgian flyer of the project.
• Liège Demain: “Liège Demain” contributes to improving cross-area dialogue, developing new synergies and to progress dynamics. For this reason the association supports projects in which INFOREF is involved with its contacts network in Belgium and other countries. It also communicates all the information related to the projects through its website.
• Collège Sainte-Véronique: a secondary school in Liège, associated school in this project.
• Henallux: a higher vocational school in Seraing.
• Fondation pour l'Enseignement.
• Cité des Métiers de Liège

- Seven organisations have been involved as associated partners:
• Centro Machiavelli (Florence) has been involved through personal contact with one of its employees.
• HELMo-CFEL (Liège): the pedagogical section of HELMo trains lower secondary school teachers and counsellors.
• Liège Demain: will disseminate on the project
• SIEP Liège (Studies and career information service)
• HENALLUX Seraing (vocational higher education)
• Cité des Métiers de Liège (career guidance)
• Fondation pour l'enseignement (promoting relationships between schools and enterprises)

Outcomes:
Six links to the portal have been posted on websites, plus numerous links on social networks.
Seven organisations are involved as associated partner.
Contacts have been made to involve more associated partners.

Evaluation of the work undertaken:
With seven associated partners, Inforef has reached the intial objective.
