2 - Toolkit “Skills to succeed in the job market”

Objectives of activities carried out:

The second intellectual output created by the project partners is the toolkit "Skills to succeed in the job market" that will be designed, implemented and made available to be used by school counsellors and teachers to plan and implement personalised guidance services to motivate students at risk of early school leaving to complete their studies, through the analysis of the skills that are fundamental to enter and succeed in the job market and that are provided at school.
The Toolkit will be divided in 3 Areas:
Area 1 – European Job Profiles
Area 2 – Necessary Skills
Area 3 – Entrepreneurial spirit

Description of activities carried out:

With the help of the regional employment and training service (FOREM), Inforef researched job profiles among the most sought in Belgium. Ten of them were reviewed using the 2.A form.
Nine online courses and three crowdfunding platforms were described using the 2.B form and inserted on the project portal. They are available in English and in French.

Outcomes:

Ten job profiles, nine online courses and three crowdfunding platforms are available in the Skills&Jobs section in English and in french. Evaluation questionnaires for this activity have been submitted and collected. The report was submitted to the coordinator.

This activity is completed. This IO received positive reviews from the users.
