Objectives of activities carried out:The project partners will be committed to carry out activities in order to promote the project sustainability. A sustainability plan will be adopted among the consortium aiming to:
• Promote the Portal through the exchange links with Portals addressing similar issues (e.g. Portals providing educational materials for teachers; portals containing job offers etc.)
• Promote the among public authorities and key policy makers in order to gain institutional consensus and promoting the insertion of project results in policies for Education.
• Involve new members as associated partners

Description of activities carried out:- EuroEd team was involved in creating PROJECT PORTAL LINKs
- EuroEd was involved in sending invitations for various potential associated partners to join the project
- Up to now EuroED set up 4 connections/links between the project and various scientific communities, educational websites, other projects related, etc.
- 2.C – Form to collect exploitation links__RO has been filled in and sent to the coordinator
- EuroEd participated in meetings for promoting the School&Work project and inviting potential interested associated partners to join the project and support its activities.
- Sending and offering support for filling in the TA3.A - Associated Partners Letter and of the TA3.B - Associated Partners Form
- Uploading the information on the associated partners on the project portal and preparing the package with all the forms to be sent to the coordinator.

Evaluation of the work undertaken:All the activities and results carried out were according the calendar of activities and methodology agreed by the partnership.
