2 - Toolkit “Skills to succeed in the job market”
Objectives of activities carried out:
The objectives of the activities carried out within this intellectual output is to create an e-learning based course for teachers and counsellors on how to deal with students at risk of early school leaving and motivate them to continue and complete their educational path at school, by identifying their attitudes and specific skills, and motivating them to study by giving evidence to the importance of acquiring the transversal skills that are required by the companies and recruiting services.

Within this intellectual output the following activities will be carried out by each partner:
- Activity 2.2 - Identification of the most requested 10 job profiles at national level
- Activity 2.3 - Identification of 5 tools and learning objects to promote entrepreneurial spirit among students
- Activity 2.4 and 2.5 - Dissemination of the intellectual output
- Activity 2.6 - Testing of the intellectual output with at least 2 school counsellors, 8 teachers and their students. Collection of the evaluation questionnaires and production of an evaluation report of the intellectual output
Description of activities carried out:
To support the organization of the development of the intellectual output EuroEd organized internal meetings with the team members to present and discuss the terms of the methodology set up by the coordinators in development of the intellectual output, discussing the internal strategy which will be applied by the team in identifying the job profiles required by the national labour marker.

- Within Activity 2.2, EuroEd developed the following activities:
There were organized meetings with the teachers and school counselors to present the aim of the intellectual outputs and of the activities that will be carried out to support its development.
Project team analyzed the content and the requirements of the template provided by the coordinator 2.A – European Job Profile and discussed about the collection of data for elaboration of the job profiles of Romania.
Elaboration of a list of 10 Job profiles for Romania and documented as requested.
All the 10 Job profiles have been uploaded on the project portal with all the data and images included.

- Within Activity 2.3, EuroEd developed the following activities:
EuroEd team members worked on the template offered by the coordinator 2.B – Entrepreneurial Spirit Template_Online Courses and 2.B – Entrepreneurial Spirit Template_Crowdfunding Platforms to understand the requirements and did a baseline research on internet to identify various online courses and Crowdfunding Platforms.
In the same time teachers and counselors have been informed about the activity and started to collaborate and work together in identifying useful online courses and Crowdfunding Platforms for students.
EuroEd team worked on uploading the resources identified on the project portal and prepare the descriptions.

- Within Activity 2.4 and 2.5, EuroEd developed the following activities:
During the entire period of implementation and development of the resources under this intellectual output, EuroEd has been involved in various dissemination events with the aim to promote the project, raise the interest in the products created, find interested target group, make connections with other potential interested communities or institutions in the field of education, counseling and support for teachers/students.

- Within Activity 2.6, EuroEd developed the following activities:
Translation of the 2.D – Testimonial and Evaluation Questionnaires for end users_RO into Romanian
Emails and direct contacts to schools to present the testing activity and to invite the teachers/counselors to check and test the resources under IO2
Support for the teachers/counselors/students in filling in the evaluation forms and provide testimonials and comments on the project portal
Working on collecting data from the questionnaires and filling in the 2.G - Tool for questionnaires analysis_RO
Elaboration of the 2.E – Guidelines for the evaluation report on testing activity_RO

- Identification and description of 10 job profiles that are, at the present, most requested at national level
- 10 job profiles included in 2.A – European Job Profile

Evaluation of the work undertaken:
All the activities and results carried out were according the calendar of activities and methodology agreed by the partnership.
