Objectives of activities carried out:
The first intellectual output created by the project partners is the “Identification of Student Potentials” Tool kit that will be designed, implemented and made available to be used by school counsellors and teachers to identify and highlight the interests, aptitudes, inclinations and potentials of the students in order to develop personalised guidance service to motivate them to stay at school and proceed their educational pathway towards the career and life style that might suit them the best in the future.

Description of activities carried out:
CREA has contacted several schools in Aragon and attended meetings with the directors of all of them in order to gave them further information regarding School&Work project. They all confirmed their participation as stakeholders and are choosing and contacting the teachers that will be mainly involved.

CREA has searched for some online aptitude and skills tests and has selected the most appropriate ones, translated them, and updated the relevant forms.

With the help of some of the psychologists from the organization, two wizard tests have been elaborated as a material that could be used by counsellors and teachers to identify student's skills and competences.

CREA has contacted project participants and has sent them the evaluation questionnaires to make the evaluation of the intellectual output. All evaluation questionnaires have been received and used to build the final evaluation report.

Besides, CREA has promoted School&Work website among portals and websites addressed to teachers, school counsellors and other bodies from the training and labour market.

Outcomes:
All the contacted schools showed great interest and are willing to participate. We have received the School Participation letters signed.

5 aptitude tests and 5 skills tests have been identified online and translated into English when necessary.

One test that analyses the student's personality to find out the type of job that best suits him/her (such as individual or team work, indoor or outdoor, creative or repetitive, etc.) and a second test to evaluate the student's spatial ability.

Ten participants have evaluated the results of the intelectual output 1, and the evaluation report has been produced.

Five external websites have published a link to the School&Work project helping the project to reach to more target groups and contributing to the disseminaton and the exploitation of its results.
