Partners' Institution:
Confederación de Empresarios de Aragón (CREA)
Project's period (from/to):
01 November 2015 - 31 August 2016
Activity concerned:
4 - E-Learning Package
Objectives of activities carried out:
The fourth intellectual output of the project is the e-learning based training package for teachers and counsellors on how to deal with students at risk of early school leaving and motivate them to continue and complete their educational path at school, by identifying their attitudes and specific skills, and motivating them to study by giving evidence to the importance of acquiring the transversal skills that are required by the companies and recruiting services.
Description of activities carried out:
Firstly, CREA gave its feedback to the draft proposal for the contents of e-learning packages.

After the third transnational meeting held in Zaragoza during the first week of February, CREA made a desk research for the production of the module “World of Work” which it is responsible. After a deep study of the topic, the first draft was finished and sent to the project manager to be published in the forum. The module was reviewed by some partners and they sent CREA their contributions. CREA studied them and included changes and improvements on the draft. The final version of the module was finished on the 11th of April and sent to the project manager.

At the same time, CREA was in charge of the revision of the module nº 2. It made the necessary contributions through the discussion forum.

Once the modules were finished, partners were requested to make some additional changes to adapt modules to the School & Work portal. CREA sent an image to represent the module “World of Work” and some lines to introduce the module.

CREA has performed the evaluation of this activity, with interviews with end users. With the results of this evaluation, CREA has produced an evaluation report.
Outcomes:
The module "World of Work" was made after a desk research. CREA adapted the content to the target users. The module is available at School & Work portal and is being promoted by CREA.

CREA has also reviewed module 2.
Evaluation of the work undertaken:
The activities are being carried out according to the Project planning with good results.
