1 - Toolkit “Identification of Student Potentials”
Objectives of activities carried out:
The first intellectual output created by the project partners is the “Identification of Student Potentials” Tool kit that will be designed, implemented and made available to be used by school counsellors and teachers to identify and highlight the interests, aptitudes, inclinations and potentials of the students in order to develop personalized guidance service to motivate them to stay at school and proceed their educational pathway towards the career and life style that might suit them the best in the future.
Description of activities carried out:
- Involvment of teachers in secondary schools, schools counsellors and students
- Uploading on the project portal of 5 skills tests and 5 aptitude tests
- Creation of two interactive wizards
Outcomes:
-Five aptitude test has been uploaded on the project portal.
-CERFAL Ile-de-France joined the project. It has a strong experience with early school leaving and is already involved in a training program and worked with us on both interactive wizards.Teachers and counsellors sent us already existing aptitude and skills test, in order to get an idea of their needs.
- The testing activity has begun, and we are waiting for questionnaires and comments of our schools' partners.
Evaluation of the work undertaken:
The schools have selected their teachers and counselors to be involved.
