Work in Progress

This section allows a constant communication and sharing of information among the project partners as far as the activities for the different intellectual outputs are concerned.

Each project partner upload this section of a three months basis.

Objectives of activities carried out:
The project management and coordination will be carried out throughout the project period and will ensure the correct development of the project activities and the achievements of the expected results.

The project management and coordination will involve all the project partners in the following activities:
• Participation to 4 transnational meetings of the steering committee
• Creation and update of the project website
• In progress reporting activities and delivery of yearly reports at progress and final stage
• Constant sharing of solutions and circulation of information through e-mails and skype meetings
• Check of the project state of art and of the respecting of the deadlines
Description of activities carried out:
CREA attended and actively participated in the kick-off meeting organized by Pixel and held in Florence, and also in the 2nd partners´ meeting held in Paris and organized by RENASUP. Besides, the partner organized and hosted the third partners´ meeting during the days 11 and 12 February in Zaragoza. Finally, CREA participated in the last partners´ meeting and in the final conference in Florence.

The partner is in a permanent contact with the project coordinator in order to share improvement ideas and be up to date regarding deadlines and responsibilities.

CREA also is carrying out project tasks according to the foreseen calendar, updating all the information and results on the project website to be available for target and potential users.

CREA´s activity is reported within the Project deadlines on the School & Work website (dissemination and work in progress sections).

CREA has also reported the final report with financial and activity information.

The partner is paying special attention to dissemination activities, in order to reach School&Work project target groups properly.
Outcomes:
Attendance and participation in all partners meeting (Florence, Paris, Zaragoza).

CREA received all the initial information during the kick-off meeting and produces regular contact emails to exchange information about the project progress.

CREA has performed the project outputs respecting the deadlines. Dissemination, activity and financial reports have been submitted.
Evaluation of the work undertaken:
CREA´s activities regarding management are properly performed in due time.
