This section allows a constant communication and sharing of information among the project partners as far as the activities for the different intellectual outputs are concerned.

Each project partner upload this section of a three months basis.

Objectives of activities carried out:
The project management and coordination will be carried out throughout the project period and will ensure the correct development of the project activities and the achievements of the expected results.
The project management and coordination will involve all the project partners in the following activities:
• Participation to 4 transnational meetings of the steering committee
• Creation and update of the project website
• In progress reporting activities and delivery of yearly reports at progress and final stage
• Constant sharing of solutions and circulation of information through e-mails and skype meetings
• Check of the project state of art and of the respecting of the deadlines
Description of activities carried out:
The Lithuanian university of educational sciences carried out the following activities:
1.A team for the project implementation was formed up and approved by the Rector's order.
2. Project coordinator Irena Navickiene organized periodical monthly meetings with team members during which targets, expected outcomes and activities of the project were discussed.
3.Project coordinator Irena Navickiene actively participated in 4 transnational partners' meetings organized by project manager - PIXEL and made 8 presentations about the project implementation issues in Lithuania.
All transnational meetings were organized highly professionally: venues, accomodation, documents, information and materials related to the project activities, presentations, ect. Project manager Lorenzo Martellini has been in permanent contact with the project coordinator Irena Navickiene in order to share improvement ideas and be up to date regarding deadlines and responsibilities.His assistance, professionalism and consultancy has been highly appreciated by the team of the University of educational sciences.
Project management team of the University of educational sciences has been working constantly on elaboration of monthly activity reports, other documents related to the project, has been circulating information throug e- mails, Facebook, Twitter, checking the project implementation state, respecting the deadlines.
Outcomes:
Participation in 4 transnational meetings in Florence, Paris, Saragosa. Information, presentations for the meetings prepared and delivered.
Evaluation questionnaires, comments, testimonials, evaluation reports on the Intellectual outputs made and submitted to the project manager.
Activity reports constantly updated on the project portal.
Internal meetings on the project implementation issues organized at the University.
Fairs, meetings, round - table discussions with school teachers, counsellors, students, associated partners and entrepreneurs on project activities, dissemination issues and usage of Toolkits organized.
Informative e- mails constantly sent to the network of contacts.
Evaluation reports, financial reports sent to the project manager.
Evaluation of the work undertaken:
Activities carried out according to the methodology approved by the partnership.
