Description of the job profile
Biomedical engineers apply engineering principles and materials technology to healthcare. Biomedical engineers are employed by health services, medical equipment manufacturers and research departments/institutes.
- researching, designing and developing medical products (joint replacements or robotic surgical instruments)
- designing or modifying equipment for clients with special needs in a rehabilitation setting
- managing the use of clinical equipment in hospitals and the community.

Previous Experience
A candidate should at least have a 4- year experience working as biomedical engineer including work with biomedical intrumentations, biomechanics, pshysics for medicine, therapeutic medical devices or biochemical engineering.
Personal Attitude
Excellent communication skills and an excellent attitude towards working with others, be extremely patient and persistent individuals, as the desired results of their work may not present themselves in a timely manner.
