These tests identify students’ abilities and inclinations.
These tests, produced by the project experts, should be used by teachers and school counsellors to support students in the identification of their abilities and inclinations with the purpose to support their motivation and future employability.

Regarding the evaluation provided, it is important to take into account that the presented profiles should only be used as a complement to the job and evaluation done by teachers and counsellors, who know the individual situation of each student. These profiles aim to be used as a guide, together with the rest of materials elaborated within the project, with the goal of providing the students possible professional careers that could motivate them according to their personality.
