Description of Dissemination Event:

A meeting of students, teachers and entrepreneurs of IT company LUMLITA was hold at Sauletekio secondary school.During the meeting LUMLITA company director Genadij Kurilcik presented company's products, strategic plan, activities and there was 2 hours discussion about students' carrier planning, labour market needs, motivation to learn well, prevention of school drop- outs, ect.the broshure of the project " School and Work" was disseminated to students and entrepreneurs, they were invited to use the tools available on the project Portal- skills and aptitudes tests, crowdfunding platforms, on -line training programmes. After the event the director of the company gave the interview to the internet TV, which will be uploaded on the Portal.

Outcomes and Results:

Feedback of the meeting showed that students are very much interested in IT, that they highly appreciate having such opportunities of sharing ideas with professionals, that their motivation to learn is rather high and that entrepreneurs are also willing to help schools in students' counselling.
Director of LUMLITA company expressed his wish to become an associated partner of the project" School and Work".
