These tests identify students’ abilities and inclinations.
These tests, produced by the project experts, should be used by teachers and school counsellors to support students in the identification of their abilities and inclinations with the purpose to support their motivation and future employability.
Title of Test:Description:The questions included in this test refer to the following areas: relationship skills, soft skills, problem solving as well as attitudes.
The results provided at the end of the test include a general profile of each area. Therefore, the profiles provided have to be taken into consideration by both students and teachers trying to carry out possible solutions for improving situations. However the work of teachers and counsellors must be driven on the entire profile of a student. In fact, in some cases the questions concerning attitudes also contain references to soft skills, problem solving and relationship skills.
