These tests identify students’ abilities and inclinations.
These tests, produced by the project experts, should be used by teachers and school counsellors to support students in the identification of their abilities and inclinations with the purpose to support their motivation and future employability.

• In questa procedura guidata le competenze e le attitudini (soft skills, abilità nelle relazioni, capacità di problem solving, atteggiamenti) sono divise in diverse aree e le domande sono state mescolate in questo test a procedura guidata.
• Il profilo dello studente relativo all'intero punteggio raggiunto suggerisce il tipo di operazione da effettuare sia dagli insegnanti che da eventuali counselor presenti nella scuola. Può essere utilizzata e funzionare anche su aree specifiche.
Anche se per ciascuna delle aree si possono avere e utilizzare i profili in uscita per gli studenti, il lavoro per I docenti e consulenti può essere guidato su tutto il profilo dello studente. Infatti le domande sui comportamenti in alcuni casi contengono riferimenti anche a competenze trasversali, problem solving, capacità relazionali. Ad esempio, se lo studente ama l'informatica e tecnologia, questo atteggiamento è correlato, in senso positivo o negativo (a seconda delle risposte), con la capacità di risolvere situazioni nuove (domanda 25) con la capacità di collaborare (domanda 1) con la flessibilità di fronte alle nuove situazioni domanda 16).
